Access your customer account by following these steps. You'll find the login details for your control panel to manage your streaming server:

  1. Go to viarad.io

  2. Click on Login at the top right of any page

  3. Enter your registered email address and password

  4. Click Login to access your dashboard


Once you're logged in to your customer account, getting to your radio station's control panel is easy:

  1. Click on the "Station" tab from the main navigation inside your account.

  2. There you'll find the key information needed to manage your radio station:

    • Control panel login URL

    • Username

    • Password

This control panel gives you full access to manage and operate your station. It’s where the magic happens.

🔐 Keep Your Login Information Secure

Your control panel credentials are sensitive information. To keep your station secure, we strongly recommend:

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone who is not officially part of your team.

  • Never store your credentials in plain text, especially in shared documents or public folders.

  • If you ever suspect that your access has been compromised, contact our support team.

🏷️ Personalizing Your Station Details

In the same "Station" tab, you’ll also see the option to enter two optional — but valuable — pieces of information:

  • Your radio station’s name

  • Your station's website URL

These fields are not public. They help our team understand your brand better and allow us to offer more tailored support and recommendations to help your station succeed.
