Once a paid service has started, full refunds are not available. However, if your service has been negatively affected by an issue on our side — not caused by external factors beyond our control — you may request compensation.

In such cases, we’ll review the situation carefully and may offer a partial refund, calculated based on the number of days your service was affected.


When a Refund May Apply

Refunds can be considered if:

  • The service was unavailable or degraded due to a verified error or fault on our part.

  • The issue could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The problem had a direct impact on your ability to use the service.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.


When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not issued in cases such as:

  • Customer-side technical issues (like network problems, encoder misconfiguration, or unsupported hardware).

  • External events beyond our control (such as regional internet outages or third-party DNS issues).

  • Change of mind or early cancellation after the service has started.

You are free to cancel your plan at any time from your customer account, but please note: canceling a subscription does not generate an automatic refund.
