Log in to your customer account.

Click on the "Plan" tab in the top navigation.

The plan price

Your billing cycle (monthly or annual)

To make a change, simply click on the "Change Plan" link, select the new plan that fits you best, and follow the quick, on-screen instructions.
⏳ How Plan Changes Are Processed
Once you request a plan change, our team reviews and applies the update manually. This small review step ensures that everything is aligned correctly and that your new plan is activated smoothly without any disruption to your service.
This process is usually quick, and you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the new plan has been activated. The updated plan will also be reflected in your "Plan" tab shortly after.

Need more listeners? Upgrade anytime to match your station’s growth.

Scaling down to save costs? You can absolutely move to a lower plan — just make sure you're within the limits of the new plan before requesting the change.
Specifically:

Check that your current number of concurrent listeners doesn't exceed the maximum allowed in the plan you're switching to.

Ensure that your AutoDJ storage usage is also below the storage limit of the new plan.
These limits are important to prevent any interruption in your streaming service or AutoDJ functionality after the downgrade. If your current usage is above the limits, you'll need to adjust accordingly (e.g., reduce stored tracks) before the change can be applied smoothly.
